The High-Velocity Learning LAB is an immersive simulation environment in which your team faces real-time pressure, ambiguous information, goal conflicts, and distributed knowledge — with no professional jeopardy. Research across our delivery shows that 85–100% of the interpersonal challenges participants report from their actual operations emerge in the LAB within the first session.
