Interpersonal Skills LAB utilises real-time computer simulations to create realistic, challenging scenarios that mirror the complexities of actual operations. 

Participants will face time pressures, distributed knowledge issues, and immersive activities that will require them to communicate effectively, coordinate actions, and make critical decisions under stress and uncertainty. Experience has shown that 85-100% of real-world teamwork and collaboration challenges identified by participants are experienced in the LAB.

By immersing participants in a fictional setting, the LAB shifts the focus away from technical expertise and exclusively onto behaviours
. This allows for a deeper understanding of individual and team dynamics, highlighting the impact of communication, leadership, and decision-making on overall performance.

A massive benefit of the LAB is that no one can bring prior knowledge to the simulator, so the likelihood of professional jeopardy is low. Because everyone starts as 'incompetent', this creates a powerful learning environment.
